How do I Place an order?

Photos are very helpful in the design process, so please feel free to share these as we discuss the order. Photos from other designers are typically used for inspiration but please note, we will not directly copy any product.
All listed pricing are starting prices, please email us or use the contact form with your design/number of servings for a more accurate quote.
Any orders of less than $150 require upfront payment. For any orders greater than $150, a deposit is required to secure the date. Once the basic details of your event are confirmed, we can provide an order brief detailing the contents of your order. If satisfied, we will require a deposit of 40% within 7 days to secure your booking. Full payment will need to be paid 3 weeks prior to the event date.
Please note that we don’t accommodate tentative bookings and bookings are only confirmed with exchange of a formal quote and a paid deposit.
can you replicate an eXact DEsign from an image?
Inspiration and images are always welcome! Unfortunately, an exact design cannot be replicated as everyone’s style of decorating is a little different :)
Are cake tastings available?
Yes! Personal cake tastings can be organized for wedding clients ONLY. They are $30 for a box of 4 flavors of your choice!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery can be organized in advance and is subject to availability. Delivery pricing is based off of distance, please provide an address during inquiry for a delivery quote. We recommend that delivery be organized for larger orders. Please note that for pick-up orders, we transfer all liability of the order once it has left our premises.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Any major changes to your order less than two full weeks before the required delivery date may incur a fee to cover the reworking of the cake design and/or loss of work already completed on the order. All orders cancelled once the deposit is paid will incur a $30.00 administration fee and refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery date.
cake care guide?
Please keep the cake refrigerated prior to transport. The best place to keep the cake during transport is on the floor or trunk of the car on top of a nonslip mat, with the Airconditon on! Before serving, bring cake back to room temperature by setting it out 1-2 hours before. Unless delivery is organized, we are not responsible for any damage to your cake after the cake has left our premises.
